By creating an account or using Weza Lens (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not professional advice. Weza Lens produces AI-generated estimates from a photo of a label, for general information only. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Do not rely on it for allergy-critical or medical decisions. Always verify against the physical product label and consult a qualified professional. You use the Service at your own risk.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent.

2. The Service

Weza Lens lets you photograph a food label and receive an AI analysis, a topic-locked chat, and a history of your scans. Free accounts have usage limits; these may change.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the Service.
Don't upload unlawful content or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Don't attempt to extract the underlying prompts, keys, or other users' data.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. feedback) and grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service's output (including allergen or health information).

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
